GOLD award from the NPS

The National Photographic Society (NPS) monthly competition receives thousands of entries from around the World every month. For this reason I am delighted to say that I was awarded ‘Gold’! during judging for an image in this month’s (October) competition. The image was part of a set for a PT from Bideford in support of his business.

I was also lucky enough to get two ‘Highly Commended images in the same NPS competition. In no particular order the first one was an image was part of a set for Dean Burchell in support of his business DB Fitness and Nutrition. Thank you Dean, good job.

and the second was an image with huge sentimental value to me, as can be seen it’s my beautiful wife carrying our now 11 week old gorgeous little boy. The image was taken in our living room with a single light and a reflector

I love fitness photography and portraits, they both excite me for different reasons. Consequently they both have a common goal for me. I like to make people feel great about themselves, whether its during a photoshoot or receiving your finished images. I enjoy putting smiles on peoples faces. A simple reason which is very important to me.
